The Accelerated Aboriginal Cooks of Excellence (AACE) Program will provide Industry state-of-the-art training in the famous Karen Sheldon Catering Training Kitchen.

Through this specially designed program, your love of cooking will be enhanced through interactive, positive training, and our intensive on-the-job mentoring as you complete your Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
