THRIVE, the Indigenous Skills & Employment Program (ISEP), is a transformative initiative designed to create meaningful employment opportunities for First Nations people. Funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) and delivered by Saltbush Social Enterprises, THRIVE embodies its core principles, Trust, Healing, Resilience, Inclusion, Vision, and Empowerment, to uplift individuals and communities while building stronger, more inclusive workplaces.

Innovative, Flexible Learning:

Participants advance through a series of engagement, self-care, and work-readiness modules, gradually building toward practical, hands-on experience across various industries and workplaces, where they gain valuable insights into both the theory and practice of work.

We welcome participants from the Darwin region who are able to join our Program at our facility in Parap.
