Enrolment Process

During your enrolment process, you will be given the opportunity to disclose any special circumstances and/or training assistance you require for your studies.

Should you have any concerns regarding challenges that could impact your training, an administration team member will be happy to discuss these with you and help find the best solutions with both you and your trainer.

As part of the overall enrolment process, Saltbush Training Services will work with you to develop a Training Plan for your learning that will address course requirements as well as your personal circumstances.

We offer a bespoke and flexible wrap-around service to all our learners, to ensure resources are contextualised to your needs and reasonable adjustments are made to support you during your studies with us.

Please direct your questions or concerns during enrolment to

During your Studies

Throughout your studies, it's completely normal to experience feelings of being overwhelmed or anxious regarding your training or assessments. Our trainers are fully committed to providing you with support during this process, assisting you in acquiring new skills and preparing for assessments.

If you find yourself in need of additional support during your training, you are encouraged to directly contact any of our trainers via email or phone. Their contact information is conveniently listed here.

We are more than happy to discuss possible adjustments to various aspects of your Training & Assessment environment. This includes considering the time required for studying and completing assessments, exploring elective options that suit your preferences, providing extra LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital) support from our staff, and offering any additional tools or resources necessary for your support.

If you prefer not to discuss your circumstances with your trainer but still require extra support, you can reach out to our dedicated administration team at any point during your studies. They can be contacted by calling (08) 7915 7001 or emailing us at

Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital Support

We ask all our students to self-disclose if they feel they require LLND support. This assists us in identifying areas where you could benefit from additional support.

Additional support and reasonable adjustments can be made to all our resources and training models to help you complete your desired qualification.  Our staff and trainers can also help advise you on the ACSF level best suited to your skills and experience.

For most training programs, learners are provided with a personal online LMS account in preference to hardcopy resources. In most cases, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet and even Zoom to complete assessment tasks. If you feel you may need assistance with any of these requirements, including technical IT support, please let us know.

Please speak to a member of our administration team to discuss the options available to you, at (08) 7915 7001 or email us at

Disability Support

If you disclose any special circumstances and/or training assistance you require for your studies during enrolment, Saltbush Training Services will work with both you and your trainer to implement reasonable adjustments to ensure you are able to complete your training without affecting the integrity of your award.

We will review your situation against the minimum competencies needed to successfully complete the course and identify possible reasonable adjustments. In a best-practice scenario, an adjustment will be offered when a gap can be bridged with additional support.

Where possible, we will ensure our training meets the required needs for any physical or intellectual disability, and welcome required support to attend training with you if needed.

If you have questions or concerns, please speak to a

member of our administration team at (08) 7915 7001 or email us at
