Saltbush has developed comprehensive strategies to assist marginalised Australians to enter the workforce and retain employment.  Our intensive mentoring strategies give participants the opportunity to discover better approaches to overcoming barriers to employment whilst giving employers real support and guidance in growing a sustainable Indigenous workforce.

Saltbush delivers a diverse range of services to young people aged between 8 and 17 years throughout the Northern Territory.  Our dedicated and experienced team of youth workers and counsellors provide integrated support as they work alongside a range of government and non-government agencies.  Our aim is to inspire the young people we work with the connect education, training or employment and to engage in experiences designed to motivate positive change. 

Saltbush's mental health division centers on delivering specialised programs and services that focus on early detection and treatment, minimising risk factors, promoting protective factors, providing safe and healthy environments for young people, and preventing more serious mental health issues from occurring.  We also deliver contextualised, professional development sessions to support those working with people impacted by trauma.
