Natasha Walker, a proud Arrernte and Warumungu woman from Tennant Creek & Alice Springs, has taken an inspiring next step in her career journey by securing a role with Central Land Council (CLC) in the role of, Field Operations Regional Logistics.
This achievement follows her participation in the Foundation 2 Future (F2F) Program, where she brought with her a strong foundation of skills and lived experience. Through the program, Natasha further developed her confidence, job-readiness and long-term career goals, emerging as a strong mentor and role model for others.

Her new role is a natural extension of that commitment, aligning with her values in cultural engagement, Indigenous self-determination and service to her people.
“My place and purpose in life is on Country,” Natasha shared, a statement that continues to guide her.
Throughout her time in F2F, Natasha brought heart, leadership and cultural strength. She is deeply connected to her community and is widely respected for her knowledge and unwavering dedication. Her ability to inspire others, especially young Aboriginal women, is something the whole team saw first-hand.
“She’s a role model in every sense of the word,” said Program Manager, Karina Akarana, “Her presence in the program elevated everyone around her and we couldn’t be prouder to see her step into this new role.”
