The Aboriginal Investment NT Employee Assistance Program (AINT EAP), delivered by Saltbush and funded by Aboriginal Investment NT, provides accessible, confidential and culturally appropriate counselling and wellbeing support to Aboriginal Investment NT employees and their families across the Northern Territory.
The program is designed to support individuals who may be experiencing personal or work-related challenges that are impacting their wellbeing. Through professional one-on-one counselling, participants are supported to work through challenges, strengthen their wellbeing, make positive choices and work towards achievable outcomes.
Support is tailored to the needs of each individual and can assist with a range of personal and professional matters in a safe and supportive environment.
Counselling is available through face-to-face* appointments, telehealth and phone counselling, helping employees and their families access support wherever they are located.
