Taylah joined the Targeted Assistance Program in Darwin in September 2022 and right from the start, it was clear she had a real passion and natural talent for working with children. When she began her formal studies in 2023 into the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, it confirmed she was on the right path toward a rewarding career in early childhood education.
She quickly stood out for her ability to build strong, genuine connections with children, especially those with additional needs. Taylah’s kindness, patience and willingness to understand each child’s unique experience have made a lasting impression with those she works with closely at Tiny Town Early Learning. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach to everything she does and is always eager to learn more.

Taylah is now preparing to take the next step by enrolling in a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. With the strong foundation she’s built and her clear dedication to making a difference, there’s no doubt she’ll continue to grow and thrive.
