For many Aboriginal job seekers in the Northern Territory, sustainable employment can be a challenge. But with the right support, transformation is possible.

Saltbush Social Enterprises’ Foundation 2 Future (F2F) program provides hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and real job opportunities—empowering people to build better futures for themselves and their communities.

Rodney Gibson’s story proves the impact. Rodney’s turning point came when he joined Foundation 2 Future, where he gained structured support, mentorship, and employment pathways. With guidance from F2F mentors, he secured a casual retail assistant role with Lhere Artepe IGA in Alice Springs and quickly proved his dedication. Today, he is working full-time, earning the respect of his mentors and employer, and setting an example for others in his community.

By partnering with Foundation 2 Future, businesses and industry leaders can help to support the program, and create meaningful change.
